Examples of tables in one office using our replacement Naugahyde covers. Two thirty year old
Elite stationary tables and one thirteen year old Lesarn - Dynasty Esprit style activator table.

Installing Replacement Naugahyde covers

Items you will need. Screwdriver, Exacto knife ($2), Basic hand
held stapler ($8.-$12. at Home Depot etc. Use 1/4 - 5/16 inch staples ($3-$4) and filler if needed for corners
of cushions (small amount included
with complete sets
of covers). You can
pick up filler from
a fabric store.

Step l

Unscrew cushion
from table. Some tables have a hard
board backing.
These unscrew from
the corners.

Step 2

Turn cushion over
and cut around edge
of staples (you can remove staples if
need be) with
exacto knife.

Step 3

Place pre sewn Naugahyde cover
face down and insert and centre cushion.
If your table
cushions are really
old you may need to use the filler in one
or more corners.
Fold over material
and staple.

Step 4

Screw hardboard backing back onto table cushion, if
your cushion has
one. Place cushion back onto table.

Installing replacement covers within Toronto

Installation of table Naugahyde covers within Toronto cost $349.50 (Cost includes taxes) per complete set and takes 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. This service is performed on the premises as opposed to having your table sent out to an upholsterer at a cost of $600.00 to $900.00 per table with the unit being out of your office for a period of 5-7 days.

Cost of installing one cover (thoracic) starts at a base price of $139.95 (Cost includes taxes). You then add the cost of each additional cover from our order form to this price if you are having a second or third cover installed. Example $139.95 for installing one thoracic cover plus $59.00 more for installing a second thoracic cover within the same office.

Seamless Cushions

In the case of seamless cushions you will have to contact the manufacturer directly and forward your cushions to their address, be prepared to send your cushion in for a period of 7-10 days to have a new piece of vinyl installed (shrink wrap special vinyl), you will not be able to use your table for this period. You can also purchase directly from the manufacturer a complete cushion with cover. The cost of seamless cushions are $100.00 to $180.00 per cushion by most manufacturers.
