Color selection and order form Click Here         Polyester Craft Batting available at most fabric stores. Use this as a filler in corners of cushions or as a topping. Cut to size and place on top of cushion before installing your new cover. ( In most cases will save you the cost of purchasing new foam for your old chiropractic table.) Cost $5-$8 per package.       Installation of a new chiropractic table Naugahyde upholstery cover. Onsite demonstration of a Leander table chest replacement Naugahyde cover. Time to install 15-20 minutes. Easy to install. Step 1 Step 2  Unscrew cushion from table.   Take an exacto knife and cut around the edge and remove old Naugahyde cover.     Step 3 Step 4 Place old cushion face up.   Take out proper Naugahyde cover for cushion.     Step 5 Step 6 Place new Naugahyde cover face down on top of cushion.   Pull down sides of new Naugahyde cover over cushion.     Step7 Step 8 After pulling down sides make sure you have a smooth fit and evenly placed   Place a staple on each side of new Naugahyde cover and proceed to pull material and staple making sure you have an even fit all around.     Step 9 Step 10 After stapling proceed to cut close to the staples 1/8-1/4 of an inch and remove excess material   Some table manufacturers supply a hard cardboard backing to cover up the staples proceed to place this on. (Remove cardboard backing with care when you start to change the cover.)     Step 11 Step 12 Turn cushion over and place on table   Once you have replaced the cushion back in it's place replace the screws for attachment. On this Leander table this cushion take's four screws.

Installing Replacement Naugahyde Covers
 

Items you will need. Screwdriver, Exacto knife ($2), Basic hand held stapler ($8.-$12. at Home Depot etc. Use 1/4 - 5/16 inch staples ($3-$4) and filler if needed for corners of cushions (small amount included with complete sets of covers). You can pick up filler from a fabric store.	Step l Unscrew cushion from table. Some tables have a hard board backing. These unscrew from the corners.	Step 2 Turn cushion over and cut around edge of staples (you can remove staples if need be) with exacto knife.	Step 3 Place pre sewn Naugahyde cover face down and insert and centre cushion. If your table cushions are really old you may need to use the filler in one or more corners. Fold over material and staple.	Step 4 Screw hardboard backing back onto table cushion, if your cushion has one. Place cushion back onto table.

Do you need just one cover replaced on your table?

Within Toronto until August 31, 2010 installation of one replacement cover or a complete set is available.
 

Cost to install individual replacement covers-

Example of costs: Elite table thoracic cover and labor $149.95 (taxes are included) time required 20-25 minutes.
                                   Add a second cover (pelvic)              65.00
                                      Total cost                                      $214.95 (taxes are included) time required 30-40 minutes.

Cost to install complete set of replacement covers-

Installing one complete set of Elite table covers onsite $329.95 (taxes are included)
Time required to install two hours.

How to order your replacement covers.

Click on Color selection and order form  right click you mouse after order form appears and print it out. Fill in the necessary information and color selection. Calculate the price (price, taxes if applicable and shipping and handling depending on the number of covers) and mail with your payment to the address on the form. Make payment payable to Kevin Hill.
